Your trusted advisor on climate law

We are a boutique law firm that specialises in international and European climate law and policy.

We are climate law nerds in the true sense of the word, with a keen understanding of how climate risks affect all aspects of today's society, markets and enterprises. And we are here to assist you on your journey towards your climate goals.

Our founding partner, Cathrine Ramstad Wenger, has more than ten years experience from public and private sector working with climate law and renewable energy law since she graduated with an LLM in international environmental law from UCL in London. She was Norway's lead negotiator for loss and damage and adaptation during the Paris Agreement on climate change, and is a climate lawyer for actors within the international climate negotiations and the private sector.

Prof. emeritus Hans Chr. Bugge

Her contributions on climate risk reporting in the book I edited was indeed groundbreaking, interesting and valuable. The text was clear and very well worked through. In short, Cathrine did an excellent job.

 Leticia Guimares, UNDP

Cathrine has been very flexible and professional in the midst of changing timelines and priorities to deliver a product that will have reach internationally as well as nationally in Indonesia.

Kaveh Guilanpour, C2ES

Her work was extremely thorough, comprehensive and of consistently high quality. I have no hesitation in recommending Cathrine.
